Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or 5+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS HCM.
- Eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance; British Nationality is required.
- Minimum 5 years of UK residency to meet UK Security Vetting (SC) requirements.
- Full understanding of UK HCM legislation.
- Experience in applying and testing Oracle Updates.
- Strong experience in providing support, configuration, and extension services activities.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams to address client needs.
- Self-initiative and the ability to work independently and unsupervised.
- Hands-on experience in supporting, integrating, and extending Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Expertise in configuring and optimizing applications, with an understanding of performance tuning techniques.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to be an expert member of the problem-solving and avoidance team and to be highly skilled at solving extremely complex, critical customer issues. You will perform your assigned duties with a high level of autonomy and report regularly to management on customer status and technical matters. My expectation is that you will work with very limited guidance from management. Additionally, you may be sought out by both customers and Oracle employees to provide expert technical advice.
