Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM or 5+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS EPM
- Eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance, British Nationality required
- Minimum 5 years UK residency to meet UK Security Vetting (SC) requirements
- Experience in applying and testing Oracle Updates
- Strong experience in providing support, configuration, and extension services activities
- Excellent spoken and written English language communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple teams to address client needs
- Demonstrated self-initiative and ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Hands-on experience in supporting/integrating and extending Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM
- Expertise in configuring and optimizing applications, with an understanding of performance tuning techniques
Responsibilities
- Deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers
- Facilitate customer relationships with Support and Product Management
- Provide strategic support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Build/use automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose and resolve customer issues
- Act as an expert member of the technical problem-solving/problem avoidance team
- Engage in customer premises for service provision when required
- Address extremely complex and critical customer issues independently
- Regularly report to management on customer status and technical matters
