- I have over 5 years of project management experience, primarily focusing on Data Center Security Systems deployment.
- I have a proven track record of successfully delivering Data Center retrofit physical security projects.
- I am self-motivated, comfortable working both independently and within a team, and require minimal supervision.
- I possess a strong background in the design of Lenel Access Control & Milestone CCTV Systems, with additional experience in other security systems being desirable.
- I have detailed experience collaborating with Data Center CoLo teams to provide infrastructure requirements for physical security systems.
- I am willing to travel extensively across the EMEA region to attend project planning, coordination, and implementation meetings.
- I have excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating effectively in both written and verbal formats, particularly to Corporate Executive leadership.
- I am highly proficient with all basic Microsoft software programs and communication techniques, and I excel in documentation production and organization.

Responsibilities
- My scope of responsibility will focus on the EMEA region, although I may occasionally handle projects in AMER/JAPAC.
- I will report directly to the Global Data Center Security Systems Retro-Fit Program Manager based in the UK.
- I will work on diverse problems where data analysis requires evaluating identifiable factors.
- I will function as an Individual Contributor (IC), with no direct reports.
- I anticipate up to 50% global travel for project-related activities.

Description
As a member of the Global Physical Security (GPS) System Team, I will manage physical security technology across the corporation. My primary focus will be on delivering Oracle-controlled security systems projects within Oracles Data Center portfolio, especially for new build projects. I will be expected to manage all aspects of the project life cycle, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries. Tasks will include working collaboratively with various teams to identify security needs, ensuring installations meet Oracle standards, conducting on-site surveys, overseeing project plans and budgets, and keeping all stakeholders informed of project milestones. Additionally, I will manage System Integrators and play an active role in the overall management of all providers.
