Requirements
Must:
- 5 years experience in business analysis of complex, end-to-end processes
- Proven ability to diagnose operational problems and identify high leverage improvement opportunities
- Demonstrated experience shaping solutions involving enterprise systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform)
- Comfortable defining solution direction and patterns without owning delivery execution
- Experience working with senior operational stakeholders and challenging constructively
- Able to maintain focus, structure, and calm under pressure
- Experience with continuous improvement and/or execution frameworks (e.g. PACe, 4DX, Lean, similar) (desirable)
- Experience operating in a scaling or fast-growing organisation (desirable)
- Strong systems thinking mindset (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Deep Diagnosis: Analyze how the business actually works to find the real reasons behind delays and errors
- Solution Shaping: Turn business goals into clear plans, deciding where to use automation or people while ensuring everything fits the tech
- Expert Advisor: Partner with business leaders to help them make better decisions and prioritize based on facts
- Focused Execution: Run a disciplined quarterly rhythm to ensure goals are achieved and measured
- Quality Bridge: Act as the link between the business and the transformation team, ensuring solutions effectively address the original problem
