Requirements
Must:
- Experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant with a focus on Field Service
- Strong capability in designing and building Power BI reports and dashboards
- Ability to lead requirements-gathering workshops
- Proficiency in translating business needs into functional designs
- Experience in configuring and customizing D365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)
- Knowledge of Field Service processes including work order management and resource scheduling
- Familiarity with testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and end-user training
- Skills in connecting to Dataverse and preparing datasets for reporting
- Understanding of data security practices and enterprise reporting
- Strong communication and advisory skills
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops with customers to understand business processes, pain points, and objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional designs, solution blueprints, and configuration plans.
- Configure and customize D365 CE apps including Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
- Design and optimize Field Service processes including work order management and resource scheduling.
- Create functional specifications for customizations, integrations, and extensions.
- Support testing cycles and provide end-user training.
- Act as the primary functional advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance.
- Build Power BI reports and interactive dashboards from scratch.
- Connect to Dataverse and other data sources for data preparation.
- Implement data security and enterprise reporting best practices.
- Advise customers on KPIs and insights for improved decision-making.
- Support ongoing enhancements and optimization of existing reports and models.
