Must:
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in ICT support or a similar technical environment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems, as well as a good understanding of Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and the wider Office suite. Familiarity with Active Directory/Entra ID and an awareness of cybersecurity best practices are essential. Additionally, a solid understanding of ICT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and telephony, is required. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills are a must, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Services Analyst, I will provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, operating systems, Microsoft 365, Teams, and endpoint devices. I will deliver first-line support for meeting room AV systems (Teams Rooms) and administer Microsoft 365 services. Supporting Teams Voice and telephony platforms, I will assist with Active Directory/Entra ID administration, including user management and group policies. I will help configure, patch, and monitor Windows servers while managing endpoints using Intune or similar platforms. Maintaining ICT asset registers and documentation will also be part of my role, and I will collaborate on ICT infrastructure projects, supporting planning, testing, and deployment. Furthermore, I will ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices.

This is a fixed-term, 12-month position with a salary ranging from £30,780 to £40,209 per year. The role is based in a hybrid work setting in Kings Lynn. We are looking for someone to join our friendly and forward-thinking ICT team as we modernise our digital infrastructure.
