- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Proven ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Azure IaaS platform.
- Configure and manage SCCM and MDM solutions.
- Develop and implement IT policies and automated deployment strategies.
- Handle service requests from the Service Desk and other delivery teams.
- Diagnose and resolve moderately complex technical issues.
- Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through effective problem management.

This role involves overseeing and supporting our IT infrastructure platform, including SCCM and MDM configuration, policy development, and automated deployment to key hardware.
