- Develop and improve processes within the organization
- Ensure the project management system meets business needs and is updated as required
- Assist with ISO standards (9001/14001/27001) and ensure ongoing compliance
- Monitor and manage company NPS score and report on findings
- Attend departmental meetings to ensure compliance and address any issues
- Update and monitor reports for accuracy and highlight potential issues
- Ensure tasks are carried out in a timely manner
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure compliance and facilitate communication with internal contacts
- Complete sales operations tasks efficiently
- Manage supplier/client documentation and negotiate terms where necessary
- Oversee inboxes and delegate actions to appropriate parties
- Monitor client feedback and take necessary actions to address issues
- Manage the AdobeSign account for effective use
- Proofread documents for accuracy
- Oversee all aspects of the office environment including recycling and cleanliness
- Order gifts for clients and colleagues as needed

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Lead to join our growing organization in New Malden, KT3. Our team values high attention to detail and a passion for ISO standards compliance. We offer a competitive salary between £35,000 and £40,000 and encourage our employees to volunteer with 3 paid volunteering days per year.
