Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in managing internal IT systems across desktop, network, and server environments
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Microsoft server environments
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Ability to obtain and maintain UK Government SC clearance
- Holding ILR or a British Passport is essential
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain internal IT infrastructure
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues
- Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Assist in system upgrades and installations
Description
We are a dedicated team located in Gloucestershire, focused on providing exceptional infrastructure, networks, and end-user support. We offer a competitive salary between £35,000 and £40,000, alongside a meaningful bonus and benefits.
