Requirements
Must:
- Previous 2nd line support experience for medium/large businesses
- Proficiency in Active Directory (AD), Office 365 (O365), and hardware
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, email, network, and peripheral problems
- Ability to install, assemble, and configure computers and network infrastructure
- Strong documentation skills for processes and problem solutions
- Familiarity with ITSM processes related to Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML)
- Experience managing file and print services
- Strong communication skills for engaging with team and customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to undertake various IT projects as assigned
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated onsite technical IT support to the customer headquarters staff
- Resolve systems issues raised by management team and users
- Install, assemble, and configure computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot and correct hardware, software, network, and peripheral problems
- Carry out tasks related to Active Directory user accounts and groups
- Develop and maintain relevant documentation for IT processes and solutions
- Manage Joiners, Movers, and Leavers ITSM process for seamless transitions
- Handle file and print services for reliable access to resources
- Work with IT Manager on service improvements and assessments
- Assist in the adoption of new technologies and training initiatives
- Support the IT Manager with regular reporting and actionable insights
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers when necessary
- Undertake IT projects as assigned by the IT Manager
- Provide tailored VIP support for designated high-profile staff
- Conduct regular office floor walks to engage site staff
- Log issues and follow standard processes in ITSM
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot Teams meeting room equipment
- Maintain daily checks and logging for Teams rooms
- Build rapport with customer staff and encourage engagement
- Maintain coverage for walk-up IT support options
- Collaborate with management to prioritize business information needs
- Be prepared to take on additional duties as required

This full-time, office-based position offers a salary range of £32,000 - £35,000 along with benefits including pension, private healthcare, and paid holidays.
