Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in AI development, specifically with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Deep understanding of AI RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and vector stores.
- Expert-level proficiency in working with and building RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with n8n for workflow orchestration (desirable).
- Experience building and deploying autonomous AI Agents (desirable).
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and backend integration (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end AI automation workflows using low-code platforms (n8n) and custom scripts.
- Develop and optimise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to ensure AI outputs are grounded in company-specific data.
- Integrate various third-party services and internal databases via robust API development and consumption.
- Design and implement AI Agents capable of multi-step reasoning and task execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify manual processes that can be optimised through AI and automation.
- Maintain and query SQL databases to ensure data integrity and availability for automation tasks.
Description
We are an IT Managed Service Provider located in Cardiff, looking for an experienced AI & Automation Developer to join our Internal IT department. This role is crucial for architecting and deploying AI and automation solutions to enhance our operations. We offer a competitive salary, based on experience, and a collaborative work environment from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM, as this position requires onsite presence due to data security protocols.
