Responsibilities
As a Configuration & QA Analyst, I will focus on maintaining and validating system configurations to support successful project delivery. My core responsibilities include:
- Collaborating on planning and implementing QA strategies for digital projects with an emphasis on configuration testing.
- Assessing requirements and recommending testing methods to ensure high-quality results.
- Managing configuration changes, verifying compliance with standards, and addressing Configuration Management issues.
- Supporting cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- Conducting system testing, creating testing script scenarios, and documenting configuration details for testers and clients.
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintaining a structured repository of test cases.
- Assisting in the technical onboarding process for new team members and developing thorough documentation for knowledge sharing.

The Configuration & QA Analyst role requires advanced expertise in platform configuration and quality assurance within digital health environments. I am expected to demonstrate professionalism, take initiative, and contribute to a collaborative, solution-oriented team culture. Additional responsibilities include creating project deliverables and proposals and ensuring the quality assurance meets required standards.
