Responsibilities
- Collaborate on planning and implementing QA strategies for digital projects, focusing on configuration testing.
- Assess issues and manage challenges independently or escalate as needed.
- Control and manage configuration changes within the systems and software.
- Verify and audit the configuration status of various components to ensure compliance with standards.
- Analyze and resolve Configuration Management issues to minimize operational impact.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects.
- Support technical meetings and prioritize Configuration & QA activities.
- Communicate technical project progress and results to stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations on technical options for system configuration and QA.
- Contribute to the development of efficient processes for QA and configuration requests.
- Create and maintain documentation on configuration and product behaviors.
- Ensure solutions/configurations and quality assurance meet required standards.
- Take ownership of escalated issues.
- Report and communicate configuration information to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide backup for on-call support and maintain the configuration repository.
- Conduct system testing, create testing script scenarios, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
