Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Senior SAP ABAP Developer
- Strong expertise in object-oriented ABAP programming
- Experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 development using BTP Business Application Studio (BAS)
- Knowledge of S/4HANA migration projects
- Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- Ability to optimize HANA-compatible ABAP (e.g., CDS views, AMDP, Open SQL for HANA)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in leading development sprints
- Experience with integration (IDoc, RFC, OData, CPI) and performance tuning on HANA
- Ability to create and manage project configurations such as epics, stories, and tasks
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality OO ABAP solutions, including classes and frameworks, adhering to performance and coding standards
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of SQL/ABAP runtime
- Support BAU incidents and deliver enhancements and project features on time
- Stay current with SAP ABAP best practices and adopt new technologies
- Lead development sprints and manage project workflows
- Work closely with Basis, Functional, and Integration teams to ensure solution integrity
- Conduct peer reviews, unit tests, and author technical documentation
