Responsibilities
- I will need you to coordinate project activities and provide support to Project Managers.
- It's essential that you maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and reports.
- You will be responsible for organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions.
- Assisting with project status reports, risk registers, issue logs, and change requests will be part of your duties.
- I expect you to act as a key contact for project-related queries and facilitate communication between IT, business stakeholders, and vendors.
- Supporting the onboarding of new project team members and organizing stakeholder meetings is also important.
- I need you to contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
Description
This contract position is for an IT Project Coordinator within a leading figurehead in the UK food sector, with a rich history dating back to the early 18th century. The role is hybrid, located in St Albans, and has a duration of 6 months with a competitive rate of £350 to £400 per day (outside IR35). Candidates currently working as a Project Assistant, Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Controller, or Project Support Officer may find this opportunity suitable.
