IT Project Manager

- Develop project scope, IT goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives, collaborating with senior management and stakeholders. - Create comprehensive IT project plans and relevant communication documents. - Clearly communicate IT project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner. - Establish budget and resource requirements to meet project goals. - Prepare and submit IT budget proposals, recommending changes as necessary. - Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths. - Plan and schedule IT project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. - Monitor project milestones and deliverables. - Produce and present progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations focused on IT deliverables. - Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the IT project team, analyze results, and address problem areas. - Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans.
