Requirements
Must:
- ABAP experience including ALV Reporting, enhancement techniques (BAdIs, User-Exits, Implicit enhancements)
- Proficiency in SAPScript, Smartforms, and LSMW
- Experience in EDI and IDocs development, configuration, and processing
- Functional knowledge of core modules, particularly SD, FI/CO, MM, and PP
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom SAP applications, reports, enhancements, and interfaces to support business processes
- Customise and extend standard SAP modules to meet specific organisational requirements
- Collaborate with business partners, solution architects, and functional consultants to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Deliver successful SAP Development project work, change requests, and critical BAU support
- Assist the SAP ABAP Development Lead in reviewing work packages and providing timescales for completion
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of code and assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed code and solutions

We are offering a contract ABAP Developer role that allows for remote work, with travel required. Our SAP Development Team is dynamic and collaborative, focused on creating custom solutions within the SAP system. We value your expertise and are committed to optimizing SAP applications while enhancing performance. The daily rate for this role ranges from £400 to £500 and is outside IR35.
