Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an experienced web developer with strong coding skills in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript, along with a solid understanding of modern web development practices. You should have demonstrable experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS), as well as attention to detail to ensure high-quality, accurate, and accessible web content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will need to work with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. A proactive approach to learning new technologies, particularly in areas like Microsoft’s Power Platform, SharePoint, and AI/Intelligent Automation, is highly desirable. Experience in web performance optimization, knowledge of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and familiarity with managing and implementing content on CMS platforms are also critical. Additionally, strong time management and prioritization skills are required to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Responsibilities
As a Website Developer within our Digital Transformation Team, you will maintain and enhance our website to ensure it is fully functional, optimized for performance and accessibility, and provides an excellent user experience. This includes updating content, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to meet accessibility standards. You will provide guidance and training to the Communications team on creating accessible digital content, ensuring compliance with accessibility regulations. Your role will involve participating in training to gain expertise in Microsoft’s Power Platform and assisting with the ongoing development of our SharePoint intranet. You will support the integration of Intelligent Automation and Artificial Intelligence technologies within our systems, streamlining processes and improving efficiency. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure alignment on digital projects and provide technical support as needed. You are expected to adhere to all our policies and procedures while actively seeking out training opportunities for your professional growth.
