Requirements
Must:
- Strong IT infrastructure and networking knowledge
- Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and customer service ability
- Proactive and adaptable approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, HP, Dell, or Oracle (desirable)
- Knowledge of cabling (Cat5/6, fibre), storage, and break-fix services (desirable)
- Understanding of SIP and tools like Wireshark (desirable)
- Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and resolve infrastructure issues
- Install and maintain IT and network systems
- Follow internal processes to deliver high-quality service
- Work to deadlines and manage service requests
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Travel to sites as required
