Requirements
Must:
- IT graduate or 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of corporate IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure AVD, Windows Server (2019/2022), Active Directory, and VOIP systems
- Experience with service desk tools such as Zendesk or equivalent, and ITIL-aligned support processes
- Hands on experience with end user hardware setup, configuration, and maintenance
- Strong focus on delivering high quality user support, including for Executive and VIP stakeholders
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented with resilience under pressure
Responsibilities
- Deliver first line technical assistance via telephone and email, ensuring IT issues are logged and documented
- Provide regular updates on ticket progress to manage user expectations
- Maintain a responsive support service that consistently delivers positive user experiences
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues using remote tools and hands-on support
- Oversee service desk workloads, allocating unattended tickets and maintaining records
- Support internal office moves and desk setups, installing and configuring IT equipment
- Carry out structured cabling tasks and manage network patching requirements
- Oversee tracking, control, and upkeep of IT assets and inventory
- Support the delivery of application and infrastructure initiatives in wider IT projects
