Responsibilities
As part of your role, you will provide remote technical assistance regarding our bespoke business management software systems to existing customers. You'll also support clients using our eCommerce platform, administer basic SQL databases, and assist with on-site training when required. Your duties will include installing, configuring, and diagnosing desktop PCs and servers, managing client, server, and network security, and configuring and supporting multi-site LAN, WAN, and VOIP systems.
