- Background in managing an IT Service desk (desirable).
- Experience in managing external vendors and support partners (desirable).
Responsibilities

- Manage and develop a growing technology team.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and curiosity to drive technological advancements.
- Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer to enhance the maturity of the IT landscape.
