Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Support
- GCSE or equivalent education
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac, with basic knowledge of Linux
- Technical knowledge of Office 365 & Google Workspace
- Proficiency in DNS, Networking, DHCP, and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Customer-oriented with a cool temperament
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in changing environments
- Experience in hardware support for laptops and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
- Knowledge of VOIP telephony and AV support
- Willingness to travel to client sites (25% preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to clients, addressing day-to-day needs
- Troubleshoot user support issues and resolve technical problems
- Implement cybersecurity best practices
- Plan and execute cloud migrations for clients
- Offer on-site support at client locations in Central London
- Cultivate relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met
- Work collaboratively within a small team
- Manage multiple projects and tasks effectively while meeting deadlines
