Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years experience in a Systems Administrator / IT Infrastructure role
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Entra ID
- Experience managing MDM, endpoint security, and Defender
- Solid understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience supporting tools like Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Nice to have: Certifications such as AZ-104, Endpoint Administrator, Security certs, or Network
- Experience documenting systems and processes in Confluence
Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-user technology (laptops, mobiles, tablets) from provisioning through to support
- Administer core platforms including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Jira, and Confluence
- Maintain and enhance endpoint security, MDM policies, and Microsoft Defender controls
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and data protection strategies
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal disruption
- Contribute to implementation of new systems and continuous improvement initiatives
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation
Description
