Must:
We are looking for individuals with a strong track record in building production-grade applications using React and TypeScript. You should have a solid understanding of state management, modular component design, and scalable front-end architecture. Experience in designing and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs in collaborative environments is essential, along with a history of improving performance and reliability in large front-end codebases. You should be comfortable taking ownership of large-scale initiatives and mentoring other engineers, and you must possess excellent communication skills to provide clear technical guidance across teams.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the design and development of a unified front-end experience using React and TypeScript. Your responsibilities will include streamlining and modernizing several existing applications into one cohesive product, building shared libraries and reusable infrastructure for layout, theming, authentication, navigation, and onboarding. You will collaborate across design, product, and engineering teams to define scalable patterns and best practices. Additionally, you will optimize performance, maintainability, and accessibility across large-scale interfaces, set benchmarks for testing, documentation, and code quality, and contribute to the growth of our wider engineering group through mentoring, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
