Requirements
Must:
- I have 8 years of software engineering experience, including 2 years in a technical leadership or management role.
- I possess strong knowledge of modern frontend technologies, such as React and TypeScript.
- I have a solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and clean code principles.
- I am experienced with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments like AWS and Kubernetes.
- I have a background in mentoring and developing engineers, fostering a culture of quality and innovation.
- I exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- I will lead a high-performing frontend engineering team focused on creating world-class web applications.
- My mission will be to empower engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences by building scalable, maintainable, and elegant solutions.
- I will work closely with product and design teams to set the technical direction and uphold best practices.
