Requirements
Must:
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Proven experience delivering data or analytics-focused projects
- Expertise in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Strong SQL skills for data profiling and validation
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery frameworks
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Exposure to Databricks, Snowflake, or modern data platforms (desirable)
- Understanding of data modelling and metadata management (desirable)
- Experience within regulated environments (e.g. banking, finance) (desirable)
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and define business requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Produce clear functional and non-functional documentation
- Analyse source systems, data flows, and schemas
- Work extensively with Jira and Confluence for documentation and tracking
- Support solution design and backlog prioritisation alongside product owners
- Define and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and release planning
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery
