Requirements
Must:
- 8 years' experience in software engineering roles, ideally with some Fintech experience
- Deep expertise in Core Java, object-oriented design, and software architecture
- Proven delivery of secure, scalable, high-quality services
- Familiarity with modern development tools and practices, including CI/CD, automation, and behavior-driven development
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems with a focus on performance and scalability
- Collaborate across small teams to solve real customer problems with elegant technical solutions
- Own the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from analysis to release and beyond
- Mentor and support teammates, bringing leadership and clarity in complex situations
- Actively contribute to technical direction, tooling choices, and architectural decisions
