Must:
I am looking for candidates who have proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a solid understanding of both frontend and backend technologies. You should have proficiency in Python, particularly in backend development using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. A strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in frameworks like React or Angular, is essential. Additionally, familiarity with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and a solid understanding of database design principles are required. Understanding cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), knowledge of version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Docker is also important. I am seeking candidates with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for learning new technologies.
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain a new platform, working across both frontend and backend components. You will write clean, efficient, and reusable code primarily using Python on the backend and build scalable and performant APIs and services. You will be responsible for designing and managing databases, ensuring they are optimized for performance and reliability. Collaboration will be key, as you will work with cross-functional teams (product, design, and other engineering teams) to define, develop, and ship new features. We expect you to take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from inception through to testing, deployment, and maintenance. Troubleshooting and debugging issues across the full stack to ensure high availability and performance will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices, maintain a tech-agnostic mindset, and focus on using the right tools for the job.
