Requirements
Must:
- Expert-level C# development with recent experience in .NET Core and .NET Framework
- Experience designing and building distributed, event-driven systems
- Strong API development skills (REST and/or GraphQL)
- Proficient in relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
- Hands-on involvement across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including QA and production support
- Desirable: Experience in WPF desktop application development; background in financial services; knowledge of the FIX protocol; exposure to serverless and microservices architecture; experience with TDD, BDD, or similar methodologies
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain robust, scalable applications and services
- Ensure software meets business needs, aligns with technical strategy, and is delivered to a high standard
- Work closely with architects and product teams to refine requirements and deliver solutions
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, introducing new tools, practices, or technologies
- Mentor junior engineers and help shape technical decision-making within the team
