Requirements
Must:
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience delivering data or analytics-focused projects
- Proven ability writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong experience with Jira and Confluence
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- SQL skills for data profiling and validation
- Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
- Exposure to Databricks, Snowflake, or modern cloud data platforms (desirable)
- Understanding of data modelling / metadata management (desirable)
- Experience in regulated sectors such as banking / financial services (desirable)
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps concepts (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and define business requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
- Document functional and non-functional requirements
- Analyse source systems, data flows, and schemas
- Produce high-quality documentation in Jira and Confluence
- Support solution design and backlog prioritisation
- Define and coordinate UAT testing activities
- Support Agile ceremonies and release planning
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation
