Requirements
Must:
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Commercial backend experience in a high-level language, ideally Golang and/or Java
- Experience building or operating cloud-based systems
- Exposure to distributed systems, messaging platforms, or data-intensive applications
- Experience working within microservices architecture
- Familiarity with CI/CD environments
Responsibilities
- Design, build and deploy backend services in Golang and/or Java
- Contribute to system architecture, scalability planning, and SLO definition
- Perform reliability and performance analysis across distributed systems
- Work with data-intensive technologies including messaging and event systems
- Collaborate closely with DevOps, Frontend, and Product teams
- Participate in design and code reviews within a high-performing engineering group
