Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates who have experience building high-performance backend systems using Java, Kotlin, or Golang. You should have a strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and modern deployment workflows. Experience with data-intensive systems, including databases, messaging queues, and event-driven services is essential. You must have a proven ability to deliver production-grade services in a microservices-based architecture and be comfortable working in CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments like Docker and Kubernetes. I value a collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to own the full lifecycle of backend services, from design and development through to deployment, monitoring, and optimization. You will contribute to architectural direction and technical decision-making across microservices. Conducting peer design and code reviews as part of a high-trust, high-performing team will be essential, as well as collaborating with DevOps, frontend, and product teams to deliver scalable and secure features. You will also focus on continuously improving system performance, reliability, and efficiency in production at scale.
