Requirements
Must:
- 5 years' automated testing experience within products in a financial services environment
- Strong coding skills in Python
- Proven experience in testing capacity and latency-sensitive systems
- Strong understanding of Linux, SQL, messaging, and distributed systems
- Full Agile SDLC experience in a technical role
Responsibilities
- Lead functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of applications
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases
- Enhance existing automated testing frameworks
- Implement automated production smoke test tooling
Description
As a Senior Automation Engineer with us, you'll play a crucial role in modernizing our automated testing framework and delivering automated smoke tests for production deployments. You will work within a complex, distributed environment, combining your QA and DevOps expertise to enhance the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ensure robust, high-quality software delivery. We offer a salary of up to £65k, a flexible hybrid work schedule, a private pension scheme, private healthcare, and high-spec equipment provided.
