Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years experience in software testing
- Deep understanding of testing methodologies and techniques
- Proven experience designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade test frameworks
- Strong understanding of Test Automation
- Ability to operate independently across complex and diverse problem spaces
- Must be based in Northern Ireland or within commuting distance to Belfast

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across test frameworks, automation strategy, and methodologies
- Design, build, and evolve scalable automated test solutions
- Analyse and define automation requirements, monitor test outcomes, collect metrics, and lead reporting
- Champion built-in testability throughout all phases of the SDLC, particularly at design and development stages
- Collaborate closely with Development Architects, Product Architects, Engineering and Release teams to maximise coverage, quality, and delivery velocity
- Develop solutions supporting static and dynamic analysis, unit, component, integration, acceptance, and non-functional testing
- Identify tooling and process improvements, establishing robust standards and embedding best practice across teams
