Must:
I am seeking candidates who have strong commercial experience in TypeScript and possess a deep understanding of modern front-end frameworks and tooling. You should have proven leadership skills in building robust, production-grade web applications, along with solid knowledge of at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience working in high-performing teams or fast-paced product-led environments is important, as is a passion for writing clean, scalable code and solving complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to drive the technical direction of a highly performant and scalable TypeScript-based platform. You will own architecture decisions across the frontend stack and ensure alignment with our business goals. Collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams will be key to delivering high-quality features. Additionally, you will contribute to a strong engineering culture through mentorship, code review, and technical leadership, leveraging cloud-native services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to enhance platform performance and scalability.
Description
We are excited to offer a competitive salary of up to £85,000, along with an annual bonus and equity/options. This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be based in Northern Ireland.
