Requirements
Must:
I require candidates to have at least 8 years of experience in backend engineering roles, ideally within a Fintech environment. Strong expertise in Core Java, object-oriented design, and backend architecture is essential. You should have experience in delivering secure, scalable, high-quality services and be familiar with modern development tools and practices, including CI/CD, automation, and behavior-driven development.
Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you will design, develop, and maintain backend systems with a focus on performance and scalability. You will collaborate with small teams to solve real customer problems with elegant technical solutions and contribute throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from analysis to release and beyond. Sharing your knowledge and supporting colleagues in delivering high-quality software is crucial, as is participating in technical discussions around tooling, architecture, and continuous improvement.
