Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of full stack engineering experience
- Strong commercial experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python
- Deep understanding of AWS including EC2, ECS, S3, and Lambda
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
- Hands-on experience building modern CI and CD pipelines
- Experience leading engineers and owning technical delivery
- A product mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills and confidence influencing stakeholders
- Experience in startup, scale-up, or greenfield environments is highly valued
- Comfort working with PostgreSQL is expected
- Exposure to MongoDB is beneficial
- Experience with distributed systems or event-driven architectures is a plus
- Exposure to platform engineering or developer tooling is a plus
- Experience building SDKs or integrating third-party services is a plus

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of full stack features across React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python
- Architect scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations
- Partner with Product and UX to shape features from idea to release
- Own the full delivery lifecycle from planning through QA, release, and iteration
- Build and optimize CI and CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership across teams
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, raising the bar on quality and velocity
- Contribute to engineering standards, rituals, and best practice adoption
- Present demos and technical updates to keep stakeholders aligned
