Requirements
Must:
- 4 plus years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in product led environments
- Strong commercial experience with Python and React across the stack
- Solid grounding in SQL, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with frameworks such as Flask, Django, SQLAlchemy, or React Query is a plus
- Familiarity with AWS and Terraform, or other infrastructure as code tooling, is beneficial
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- A growth mindset, strong communication skills, and a collaborative, problem solving approach
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of features across web and mobile applications
- Partner with product, engineers, and customers to refine requirements and shape solutions
- Write clean, well tested, maintainable code and help evolve engineering best practice
- Review pull requests, provide constructive feedback, and uphold high engineering standards
- Coordinate and deliver multiple workstreams, managing priorities and trade offs
- Take ownership of services in production, from design through to observability and optimisation
- Contribute to technical decisions, architecture discussions, and team ways of working
