Requirements
Must:
- 8 years in software, data, or ML engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in machine learning engineering practices (including training, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps).
- Hands-on experience with Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.) and a solid engineering background (Go, Java, or Scala is desirable).
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ML and data workflows.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, feature stores, and distributed systems (such as Spark and Kafka).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of highly-skilled ML Engineers and Data Scientists in designing, building, and scaling production-ready AI systems.
- Set technical direction and drive best practices while mentoring engineers.
- Stay hands-on with modern ML engineering, from model training and optimization to deployment pipelines and monitoring in production.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable ML solutions that power next-generation products.
