Requirements
Must:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, and React
- Proven track record leading front-end delivery or mentoring engineers
- Strong understanding of responsive, adaptive, mobile-first design, UX principles, and reusable component libraries
- Experience with Figma/Adobe XD and collaborating with designers
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, accessibility standards, SEO for front-end, and design systems (desirable)
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Lead front-end engineering, building responsive, mobile-first UI with HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript (ES6), and TypeScript
- Develop robust React applications with SSR, reusable component libraries, and scalable architecture
- Collaborate closely with UX, visual designers, and back-end teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality interfaces
- Mentor and support front-end engineers, running code reviews and guiding best practices
- Communicate design and technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients
- Contribute to project scoping, estimation, and delivery planning
- Debug, optimize, and maintain performance, accessibility, and test coverage of web applications
