Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in infrastructure, systems administration, or DevOps.
- Expertise in Windows Server (2016-2022), Azure, and Entra ID.
- Solid knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and security best practices (CIS, ISO27001).
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability management, monitoring, and cybersecurity products.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- ITIL knowledge or certification (foundation level).
- Nice to have: Terraform/IaC experience, Azure tools (AKS, Functions), Intune or MDM, Dynamics AX, and networking (F5, firewalls, switches, routers).
Responsibilities
- Manage and support cloud services, VMware environments, and Windows Server infrastructure.
- Maintain and strengthen security through patching, vulnerability management, and BCDR protection.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server and application issues, documenting solutions.
- Oversee core services like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and certificate management.
- Support SaaS/PaaS deployments, Microsoft Dynamics AX, and MDM solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Take part in on-call support for critical issues.
