Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in an IT Support / Service Desk / Desktop Support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, switches, routers)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and user support skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with teams across the business
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line technical support to users across the business
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Support and maintain Windows environments and Microsoft 365
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and security groups
- Assist with device setup, deployment, and system upgrades
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure minimal disruption to operations
- Support IT projects and continuous improvements to systems and processes
- Maintain documentation and follow IT best practices

We are a scaling manufacturing business in Ballymena, looking to add an IT Support Technician to our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on IT professionals who enjoy solving problems and supporting users.
