Requirements
Must:
- Passion for Golang, Kubernetes, API, and security.
- Ongoing self-development in relevant technologies.
- Enjoys building solutions; does not focus on leading or managing.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to delve into complex problems.
- Proficient in Golang development or Java/other object-oriented languages.
- For junior hires: 1 year of experience in Backend Engineering with a high-level programming language (e.g., Golang, Java, C++, Python, Node.js).
- Mid-Level and Senior Level: Experience aligned with the respective level.
- Experience with cloud platforms and products (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proficient in implementing data-intensive systems (databases, event systems, messaging systems, etc.).
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Expertise in microservices-based architecture.
- Bonus points for experience with Kubernetes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire lifecycle of projects, from initial design and development to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in the production environment.
- Contribute to technical and architectural decisions, ensuring optimal solutions for complex engineering challenges.
- Conduct design and code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
- Analyze and enhance the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various backend system components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Frontend, DevOps) to deliver best-in-class features.
