- Strong software engineering background (8 years)
- Experience with scalable systems (Java or C#)
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL Server or similar)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Agile environments
- Nice to have: Experience in payments / fintech
- Nice to have: Knowledge of security or PCI environments
