Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an ERP Solutions Architect or Senior ERP Consultant
- Strong experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX implementations
- Experience within manufacturing or engineering environments
- Knowledge of legacy ERP systems such as Sage
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain and production processes
- Experience with integrations, Azure services and Power Platform
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to operate across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Desirable: Experience migrating from Sage to Dynamics 365
- Desirable: Exposure to Power Apps, Dataverse or Azure DevOps
- Desirable: Microsoft Dynamics certifications
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Define system architecture including integrations, data flows and dependencies
- Ensure ERP supports manufacturing, supply chain and financial processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver the solution
- Drive best practice across ERP design, governance and technical standards
- Lead solution design workshops and provide architectural oversight
- Support migration from legacy systems including Sage Line 500
- Contribute to data migration strategy, system rationalisation and process improvement
- Ensure seamless integration with wider systems using Azure and Microsoft technologies

We, at Ocho, are partnering with an engineering-led organization to find an ERP Solutions Architect for a full-time permanent role based in Ballymena, Northern Ireland. In this high-impact position, you will lead the design and delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation within a complex manufacturing environment. Our team offers a dynamic work setting with an opportunity to play a key role in a major ERP transformation program, along with benefits including bonus, pension, and healthcare.
