Requirements
Must:
- TypeScript / JavaScript, ideally with Angular experience
- Experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS, Step Functions, SageMaker or similar)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code - CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation
- Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Git
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a cloud-native platform handling complex genomic data
- Develop clinical workflows and real-time analytics
- Manage AWS infrastructure from end-to-end
- Shape the development process and technology stack
- Collaborate with a small, tight-knit engineering team
