Must:
I am looking for a candidate with commercial experience in developing end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI and SQL. You should have strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Experience with ERP systems, particularly Dynamics 365 F&O, is essential. I value the ability to engage stakeholders, understand their business needs, and translate those into practical reporting or automation solutions. You should possess a hands-on mindset, with the capability to scope, deliver, and support complex solutions. Microsoft Certifications in Power BI, Power Platform, or Azure, along with experience managing permissions through Active Directory groups and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure DevOps, or D365 CRM, are nice to have.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead Business Intelligence delivery for ERP and CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 F&O & CRM). You will design and build Power BI solutions utilizing DAX, Power Query, and SQL. Delivering reporting frameworks and managing secure access structures through Workspace Apps and Active Directory Groups will be part of your responsibilities. You will drive the migration from SQL Server and SSAS to Microsoft Fabric. You will also build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to systemize approval flows, reduce duplication, and enhance user experience. Collaborating with internal teams to create clear, insightful dashboards and models that align with business needs will be vital. Additionally, you will automate key business processes, including the creation of suppliers, products, and demand records in D365.

You will be part of a central digital transformation team, responsible for developing and maintaining the Business Intelligence estate across five group companies. We have high standards for BI delivery and are looking for someone who brings strong technical know-how, practical delivery skills, and a collaborative approach to building better systems and insights.
