Must:
- I hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have 4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- I have experience in business analysis-related roles, preferably in tech or software companies.
- I am proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with SaaS application concepts, SDLC, JIRA, and Teams.
Responsibilities
- I will translate solution needs into actionable user stories with product owners or business SMEs.
- I will support product backlog management and review user stories with development teams.
- I will test business and functional processes during product development and QA.
- I will document key decisions made in meetings and lead testing efforts.
- I will conduct product training for users and communicate product information with stakeholders.
