Requirements
Must:
- 3 years of experience in customer support within financial services
- Passion for technology with the ability and drive to quickly learn new tools and technologies
- Solid understanding of support processes and adaptability to changing circumstances
- Strong expertise in Unix/Linux environments
- Financial services experience
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients
- Logical, analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
- Preferred: Networking fundamentals
- Preferred: Deployment management tools and practices
- Preferred: Scripting languages and automation frameworks
- Preferred: Experience in FX, Fixed Income (FI), and Crypto Markets
Responsibilities
- Support our suite of core products for high-profile clients in the financial services industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Learn new tools and technologies to enhance our support capabilities
- Ensure seamless adaptation to changing support processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong communication with clients
- Solve problems efficiently both as a team player and independently
